NORA WAGNER
Nora is a Luxembourgish artist in search of an utopian form of creation. Her practice is deeply anchored in collaboration and focusses on the creative process rather than the end result, experimentation rather then perfection. Nourished by speculative fiction and magic realism, her multidisciplinary practice immerses us in poetic and imaginary worlds, without losing sight of the societal issues of the context in which they are developed. Her work has been awarded among others with the Edward Steichen Award and the prize for artistic innovation by the Ministry of Culture.
ALAIN RANDRESY
Alain Randresy is a graduate of the Atelier Ludwigsburg-Paris of the FÉMIS & of the Filmakademie Baden-Württemberg and has primarily worked in project development, whether managing a film fund in France or accompanying talents towards the realisation of their creative projects. He has worked in private organisations, institutions and non-profit organisations, always with the aim of reconciling creation and commitment through an action aimed at the production of significant works and their event-based counterparts (residencies, festivals, workshops, etc.), with the viewpoints of authors who are necessarily committed to meaningful projects. He is currently in charge of intercultural projects at CLAE and organizes a.o. their very popular Festival des Migrations.
NADIA MASRI
Nadia studied directing at EICAR in Paris and is now working as Script Supervisor and director in Luxembourg’s film industry. Her 2016 short LONG LOST, was selected at the Max Ophüls Preis and received the First Prize at the Crossroads of Arts Festival in Moscow. Her 2021 short PIGEON THERAPY was selected at Leuven International SFF, Clermont Ferrand Short Film Market Picks and more. The same year she directed THE BREAK, as part of the “Filmreakter Quickies” series. Her upcoming short A PLACE TO BE, is based on the winning script of the 2022 Crème Fraîche competition.
